Bus to a game from eastern Long Island

Hello all,
I couldn't find anything relevant to this form a search. I remember reading about a bus service that leaves Riverhead LI and maybe makes 2 stops before arriving at the Stadium, possibly early enough to tailgate...
Can anyone point me in the right direction, I have tickets in hand for Chicago and Washinton and I just looking for possibilities NOT to drive.
Any experience or suggestion greatly appreciated.

I saw this recently and heard good things. I live near the Bohemia pickup and we may try it out for the Ravens game.
