the absolute worst group the Giants have ever had! They should cut Golladay and Toney and go out look at other teams practice squads to see if there is any talent available there.
some experienced ok vets, and some hurt guys coming back. I believe the makings are there, and this game will be a good learning experience.
The Wr's however, I just don't see any talent. Sills and James are now our two best guys? Toney is still basically a rookie with no experience, Wandale is a rookie with no experience, and Golladay who knows whats up with him? oh, and can't forget about Slayton. What a disaster
Neal is learning and will improve. Thomas is becoming a reliable top tier O-Lineman.
The WR are trash though. Can't get open, no separation, mostly slow, drop a lot, some seem to run the wrong route, and really offer nothing to their QB when they route is done.
If you notice they just pretty much stand around once they are done with their route. DJ is scrambling and they offer him nothing of help.
and last week, the WRs dropped at least 4 balls last night that would have netted some big yards. Right or wrong Shep's PI killed a drive. Offsetting that was Feliciano yards downfield on a nice screen pass and run by Saquon..
The oline will improve. The WRs will not.
DG is a massive bag dicks. Getting out from his mess is going to take a while.
^ This -- and the Giants WR corps is ridiculously bad
Right now with Golliday done, Shep now done, no Toney and no Robinson, they will start guys who would not be on a roster let alone start
The OL has a top level player

I have zero hope for the WRs

Agree, our OL has some potential and some talent. Our WRs are low talent and/or head cases

We need to see growth from the OL and young ER’s this year. If we do they’ll have a strong foundation for ‘23.
