What's worse: our receiving corps or our O-Line?

Anakim : 9/26/2022 11:27 pm
Geez Louise. I actually feel bad for DJ and Saquon.

And Kenny Golladay is officially our Albert Haynesworth. What a fucking useless turd.
answer: YES
islander1 : 9/26/2022 11:28 pm : link
they are both equally tragic.
This is the worst receiving group ever assembled
BlueHurricane : 9/26/2022 11:29 pm : link
And they just lost the tallest midget in the room for the year.

DG is a massive bag dicks. Getting out from his mess is going to take a while.
I have some hope the O-Line will improve as Neal improves
Ben in Tampa : 9/26/2022 11:29 pm : link
I have zero hope for the WRs

I have been a Giants fan since 1955, I think this group of WR's are
Jack Stroud : 9/26/2022 11:32 pm : link
the absolute worst group the Giants have ever had! They should cut Golladay and Toney and go out look at other teams practice squads to see if there is any talent available there.
Worse
stretch234 : 9/26/2022 11:32 pm : link
WR and it is not close.

Right now with Golliday done, Shep now done, no Toney and no Robinson, they will start guys who would not be on a roster let alone start

The OL has a top level player

Agree, our OL has some potential and some talent. Our WRs are low talent and/or head cases
Your statement
bmgints : 9/26/2022 11:38 pm : link
Is offensive to Albert Haynesworth
I would wager that there is no team in the league
rnargi : 9/26/2022 11:41 pm : link
On which Stills, James, Golladay, the 3 interior OL, and Bellinger would start. Not one.
If you took Treyvon Diggs and made him a Giants WR
terptacular : 9/26/2022 11:45 pm : link
He'd be the best one on our team

I concur.
Throw in the MLBs
Snablats : 9/27/2022 12:05 am : link
for the trifecta of bad. Neal will get better and Thomas is good, the middle of the OL is less than mediocre at best
I still have hope for the OL. Some young talented guys
PatersonPlank : 9/27/2022 12:06 am : link
some experienced ok vets, and some hurt guys coming back. I believe the makings are there, and this game will be a good learning experience.

The Wr's however, I just don't see any talent. Sills and James are now our two best guys? Toney is still basically a rookie with no experience, Wandale is a rookie with no experience, and Golladay who knows whats up with him? oh, and can't forget about Slayton. What a disaster
The OL will get better
WillVAB : 9/27/2022 12:07 am : link
It will take some time. Zero hope for the WRs.

We need to see growth from the OL and young ER’s this year. If we do they’ll have a strong foundation for ‘23.

WR group is historically bad

Nobody is open. Ever.

Neal is learning and will improve. Thomas is becoming a reliable top tier O-Lineman.

The WR are trash though. Can't get open, no separation, mostly slow, drop a lot, some seem to run the wrong route, and really offer nothing to their QB when they route is done.

If you notice they just pretty much stand around once they are done with their route. DJ is scrambling and they offer him nothing of help.

.
Because Thomas improved dramatically after a very rough start, it
Ira : 9/27/2022 6:31 am : link
doesn't automatically follow that Neal will do the same. Maybe he will; maybe he won't.
As bad as the oline played last night
section125 : 9/27/2022 8:47 am : link
and last week, the WRs dropped at least 4 balls last night that would have netted some big yards. Right or wrong Shep's PI killed a drive. Offsetting that was Feliciano yards downfield on a nice screen pass and run by Saquon..
The oline will improve. The WRs will not.
