about how bad he played last night are amazing imv.
He never had a chance last night with the worst OL play I have seen in many years. His WR's are probably the worst group in the NFL.
5 sacks
12 QB hits
22 pressures
Under major duress he kept his eyes downfield moving in the pocket and making some terrific throws. He kept the chains moving on some very good runs.
Honestly, the hate on this site for DJ is ridiculous.

Well said. People were embarrassing last night on game thread
RE: his game tonight was nothing short of heroic. he never gave up and
When it comes to Jones is glaring with his haters. It is sad they can't accept that he played very well. The narrative of getting rid of him has become the central and only focus.

1.) Makes a bigtime throw and refs call PI on Shep
2.) Makes a nice screen for big yardage 3rd quarter and Feliciani is 8 yards down field
4.) Makes a great throw to Shep and Shep allows the ball to be knocked out from behind
5.) Hits Golladay twice who promptly dropped both
6.) Correctly reads Sills open against Diggs, Sills trips and falls allowing INT
Yeah, so he sucks. That was probably 120 yards of completions that his WRs dropped.
He still holds the ball too long, but trying to make plays.
Tracy Morgan asked Peyton if he was making his progressions - Peyton said not tonight he does not have time.
Peyton also said he was keeping his eyes down field even while under duress or running.

I always read the game threads, “after” the game. Last night s was pretty typical. But it was revealing how much time was spent criticizing him during a game they were leading late in the third quarter to go to 3-0.
It was almost as if they were much more interested in building upon their Daniel Jones narrative than in the game itself.

Had the DEF held in the 4th and the Giants won 16-6, the narrative would have been that he was a "game manager" and settled for too many FGs.

Ha True.. Story of the game, Dan had shit to work with -Barkley was under constant pressure and still Put us in the lead and D folded but yeah QB suxx lol Giant fans are idiots.

fought a war. If you are evaluating him as a leader at qb he gets an A.
Daniel Jones fucking sucks... he looked half awful & half mediocre tonight.
You don't evaluate him as a leader at QB you evaluate him as a QB! He fucking sucks!
Do you mind me asking a few questions….what is your IQ ? Have you ever played football? Do you have Alzheimer’s ? Did Daniel Jones or his family members ever do anything to you that makes you hold a grudge?

+1. It would be said he was getting the ball out "too fast" and checking down too much. See I can play along too. Since he lost its "he can't win". There is always slant
It was terrifying to watch.
Really feel sorry for this guy.
He really deserves better.
Huge talent void on this team.
Need at least two more drafts to set things right.
Thank you

See, you can't even give an honest assessment because you hate the guy..
He was throwing to Sils, James and SS most of the night- not one guy there who can get you much down the field.

Playing the way he did? What else did you expect him to do?

Dallas and Philly are the only 2 teams that can get after a qb like that on our schedule. He'll be ok.

and there is no way he survives a full season playing the way he did tonight and taking those kind of hits

Unfortunately that’s 25%of our games

I'm no Jones supporter but good grief, he showed toughness and this team probably gets shut out if he didn't play his heart out.
He also showed pocket awareness I hadn't seen from him before (last year's Jones coughs up the ball at least twice under that pressure)

I also noticed that he was moving better in the pocket than I remember him doing.
