With another serious non contact injury, it is time to make the commitment to get rid of artificial turf and replace it with natural grass.

Will a grass field hold up with 2 teams playing on it

I don't know the answer but being a cold weather team it might not work.

The Jets play the same amount of games at MetLife and aren't plagued with these issues.

Also, the grass field experiment at Giants Stadium from 2000-2002 was a disaster. Look up games from that time on YouTube, especially late in the season when they had to replace large swaths of the field on a weekly basis. That field was regarded 2nd worst in the NFL, above only the death trap known as Veterans Stadium in Philadelphia.

Time to make a commitment
