So.@NextGenStats: Daniel Jones pressured on NFL-high 46.7% drop backs this szn. 17 pressures on 42 drops Monday (10 by a 4-man Cowboys rush)
@ESPNStatsInfo (cc: @JordanRaanan): Jones pressured 24x Monday, most in NFL this szn, most by Giants QB since tracking started in 2009
Pressured all night long, and he's working with marginal talent at every skill position other than RB.
He's not perfect, but I've been impressed by DJ this young season. I'm rooting for him.
The Giants, despite a few games where the wheels fell off were average in this area last year.
This is the worst pass protection Jones has had in his career.
Also how many seconds does a QB have to get rid of it before it is considered a "pressure".
I saw on another thread where there was a comparison to Eli Manning, but I recall him having a decent release and playing behind an equally bad oline . I think the difference is Manning would get the ball out sooner and, have better pre snap reads of where the blitz is coming from.
Lol remember when you used to defend everything Gettleman did lol lol lol
Maybe time to issue DJ a Kevlar wrap.

And our blitzes get picked up pretty well.
I think our guys have to win their one-on-one battles more than they have been.

Eli NEVER played behind this poor of an OL. He had several years with meddciore pass pro but this is bottom of the barrel right now

So in other words - they are not pickin gup the blitz?

Eli also had a couple of six win seasons, a three and a five win behind jailbreak-friendly lines.
