and I am closing in on 60 way too soon (still 12 in my head though)
I’m kind of over Hugh Jackman as wolverine though and was hoping they would reboot him in the MCU. I’m surprised Feige went this route. Hopefully that means that have something really good in store.
Jackman and Reynolds will be great together. Deadpool will make some jokes about "Logan" being the definitive end and Jackman will just act confused about what he is talking about. Multiverse and all that. My guess is this will be the roadtrip idea with Deadpool working his way from the Fox universe to the MCU. Love jackman as wolverine but he is too old for the role so my guess is deadpool will make it but Wolverine wont (the jackman version of wolverine). This will also setup for deadpool jokes with whoever the new wolverine ends up being.
this is how they hand the reins over the MCU. Wolverine will probably be played by somebody else in the MCU but they can at least use Hugh Jackman as a vehicle to get there and acknowledge his character in the cannon and make all the fans happy. Sort of what they did with Spiderman No Way Home.

I also think Hugh Jackman may appear as Wolverine in Secret Wars before they move on to a whole new cast for the X-Men franchise.

This is a one time thing with Jackman. We might also see him in Secret Wars but there will be a new actor playing Wolverine in the MCU long term. This is the perfect time to use Jackman as you can easily explain his presence via the multiverse and the incursions.
Ryan Reynolds has wanted to get Jackman in the first two deadpool movies so he has years worth of material saved to use for this movie which I think will be hilarious. Honestly this phase has been the worst for Marvel so far with the exception of Spiderman No Way Home. This actually has me excited for at least one of their future films besides Wakanda forever and Ant-Man Quantumania.

Agreed, I think Marvel will bring back Tobey Maguire, Andrew Garfield, and Jackman for Secret Wars. I also think they will do whatever they can to convince RDJ and Chris Evans to reprise their roles one last time as Ironman and Cap variants from other universes.
