We’ve been the “get right” game for teams like this so I can’t sit here and lament Chicago’s putrid passing game.
Hopefullly Daboll/Schoen buck this trend, but we’re only 3 games into the season and I’ve seen it too much over the last 6 years.
You are spot on! The Bears have a big RB playing QB, his passing ability is suspect, as has happened in the past mediocre QB's have carved the Giants up. The last thing I want to hear on Sunday is how well Fields is playing, how he has finally figured out the game, how the game has slowed down for him! My biggest concern is his running ability, the Giants simply can not allow him to keep drives alive with his legs. DO the Giants believe in having a spy on running QB's?
buckle up, because the Bears are five turnstiles. At least we have a Pro Bowl caliber LT.
I try to keep an eye on Bears games because I am a fan of Fields. That guy is always on the move trying to avoid getting pummeled. And the offensive talent around him is worse than ours.
I'm not exonerating Fields's poor play, but it's pretty clear he's not in an environment to thrive.

Hopefully the Giants can capitalize on a leaky OL... or not.

Mooney is by far better than all our WRs and Kmet is better than all of our TEs. But I agree, Thomas outclasses their LT

Like I said above, though - look at Mooney's production so far. Fields isn't getting him the football. I believe he was targeted 6 times on Sunday and only managed 2 catches. All 3 games of theirs so far, they've been unable to get him involved.
He's a good WR with a really poor passer delivering him the ball.
Well, we know who's going to cover Mooney and the others shouldn't be
to assume the Bears passing game will produce the same output as the other games played. Teams are actively trying to get better, and some will get better as the season goes.
is throwing an interception on 8.9% of his passes and taking a sack on 18.2% of his dropbacks.Justin Fields is throwing an interception on 8.9% of his passes and taking a sack on 18.2% of his dropbacks.

He also beat the Vikings last year and the Bengals last week. For all we know he is the new Kurt Warner or to a lesser degree Tony Romo.
yeah it's pretty damn easy to QB if your running game is working and The O-line gives you all day to throw.
If the Giants can contain Fields and keep Herbert at bay, we should win this game.

Rush is a decent QB. Also, let's face it...Dallas is a much better ballclub than ours. We'd kill for their offensive weapons.
For their WR's and one or tow of their olinemen but not their QB, Daniel Jones is a better QB than Rush or Prescott!
Did you say Daniel Jones is a better QB than Dak Prescott? Have you watched any football besides the Giants? Do you ever look at stats?

When have you see. 2-1 over the past 5 years.

the Giants practice squad just threw for 215 yards and a 98 rating. Let that sink in for a while.

Stop with the talking points. Anyone paying attention understood there is not that much drop off from Rush to Dak
Toss up game.
