Didn’t like those unis then, still don’t like them. Like the current throwback unis much better. But if they went to NY on one side of the helmet and GIANTS on the other, I would be ok with that.

Exactly. You like it because it’s rare to see. Flip the uniforms now and we’d be wanting the Coughlin/Eli era “ny” years later.
The throwback uni thing seems to have died down around the league, and the Giants current uni is really their throwback but I would love to see a really old-timey, 1930s-style throwback now and then, like from 1934 (the year of the sneaker game).
They look great and I think the Giants would sell some if they made them available for purchase.

The throwbacks they’ll be wearing Sunday are SHARP. They did an excellent job matching the old ones in many ways. Very clean uni.
