KSIXI @KSIXI I want to talk about a college player. A guy you all know and a lot of people are down on. I thought at the start of the season I wasn't going to like him either. I was wrong. It's Kentucky QB Will Levis. I'm going to attach a few clips to show you. Follow this thread... |
Not sure if serious. Stoops has Kentucky's program in a really good place these days. 4 straight bowl wins

Sy'56 :
Levis being coached by guys from both the McVay and Shanahan tree will be a huge deal
As long as he doesn't regress - he will be QB1
I think this is a BIG deal. He is being coached in Pro Style offenses. We can look at how big an arm a guy has, how fast he runs.. blah blah blah.. but the ability to understand, diagnose and run an NFL offense will always be the things coaches look for. This will help Levis in the meeting rooms big time.
My bet: You better start with three 1st round picks... That's to start!!
We need the picks for the rest of the holes.
Levis, as of September 30th, 2022, is no lock to go in the top 6 of the NFL draft. It's still early and there's a combine to go through, visits and workouts and Pro Days and interviews.
Chill out. At this point, I believe the Giants could still yet go 5-12 or 6-11. Love the track this team is on, love Coach Daboll. And as great as it is we're 2-1, could easily be 0-3.
The Giants may not need to trade up. And by the time we get to the draft, there might be a QB prospect nobody's even thinking about today that rises to Levis' draft stock or even passes. Or Levis' stock could fall precipitously.
It's way early. Draw no conclusions.
Is there any concern about Levis's age? Levis is more than two years older than Young and Stroud.
Why did he transfer from Penn State - or, why couldn't he get playing time at Penn? I know people were cautious on Malik Willis due to the transfer but I assume that concern was because Willis dropped to a significantly lower program while Kentucky and Penn State are both strong programs?
Levis has been a top 10-20 overall in a number of draft projections even before the college season started.
I think he's going to pass Young and will vie with Stroud as the top QB prospect.
I can't believe I'm writing this, because I thought he was over-hyped, but Jaren Hall has really impressed me out of BYU so far this year.

Why did he leave PSU? Because they haven’t developed a QB since the 1980s.
Mayo in coffee is weird?
;)
I guess the concept of a person improving doesn't exist in your world...
Kentucky is putting a good product on the field as of late.
Don't put them in class of duke with football...
Levis has some big tests coming up in the SEC and a huge one versus Georgia later in November. That is one Schoen should be present at as well.
I know a lot of Georgia-bandwagon fans will be watching :-)

He's got one against Ole Miss today.

Yeah. There are also a few playmakers in this game that Schoen might have his eyes on as well, a few of the WRs for Ole Miss and the RBs for Kentucky are decent too...

Kentucky has a WR who is electric. I forget his name, but he's a big time prospect

Maybe Dane Key?
I really like their RB K.Smoke. I wish they would use him more in the passing game. There are some interesting dual-purpose skills there...
@WBG84
Giants have three scouts in attendance at the Kentucky-Ole Miss game, per
@johnclayiv
.
More than any other team. #TogetherBlue #NFLDraft
Please tell me more! lol......

And college. Never carried a team to a championship. Just a jag. I’ve said repeatedly that decision making (if any of you Hate DJ in that area) you will throw the remote. He couldn’t win the job at state Penn. wake up people and he played for my high school. Stop getting hopes up.

Did Josh Allen ever win anything?
I don't know, but I am asking lol......

Try putting this in a few more threads. Maybe some of the Daniel Jones ones where you mention the Giants should stick with the status quo in perpetuity...

Just took a safety, second straight drop back that he held the ball too long

Show me where I have ever said that, Mr. lying dupe. Provide evidence for your bullshit comments

He did get some playing time as a freshman, but was used mostly as a runner. He had a rocket arm, but accuracy and timing were an issue at the time.
