Screw the message it sends to a 3-1 team, the fact he is the face of the franchise and sells tickets/merchandise, he is the epitome of effort coming back from injuries with a warrior mentality and is a good/clean charismatic leader. Saquon has silenced all doubters thus far with his play--including me (which I'm happy to say). He's run for tough yards up the middle, has been good in pass protection, and has stayed healthy. He's the kind of player you want around here when this gets turned around. It ain't worth it to trade him for a 2nd rounder. Besides, he's as good a player at his position now as there is in the league.
