The Giants lead the NFL with 192.5 rush YPG, their most through 4 games since 1956 (207.3), according to NFL Research.

Vince Lombardi was the offensive coordinator.

No need to mention it, if your team is winning running the ball, controlling the line of scrimmage the passing game should only be used in dire need. Run the ball, play good defense and a team can win lots of games with that scenario.

I’d like to see a run heavy package to start. It’s been 4 games and maybe the line is getting familiar somewhat despite som hiccups. In a league that’s designed to stop passing it gives an edge to run teams. Maybe we hold on to the ball, TofP, wear out the D.
It’s nice to see this line actually move a pile for once

So, we’re four games in and the Giants are averaging more YPG than the 49ers, Tampa, Dallas, and the Rams. This without receivers. Anybody see that coming? Credit to Barkley, O-line and schemes by Daboll/Kafka.
