Has he been day-to-day for a month now? I just traded Romeo Doubs for Wa'ndale in dynasty fantasy PPR. He might not be as good as Pickens but he's gotta be better than a 4th rounder like Doubs right?
as what Thibs had. 3-4 weeks was the timeframe. The Giants could really use him, so by default he's going to get targets...the problem is until the passing offense finds a groove, it's hard to project his production.
Is the best option on a bad passing offense better than the worst option on a good passing team? Hard call..
Long term though, Robinson is going to be a part of the rebuild...he's Schoens guy and was taken with a premium pick, so the future is hopefully bright.
that throws downfield and by one of the best to ever do it. Chances are he will be more successful than Robinson. If the two players swapped, similar thoughts especially am with how much Rodgers likes players like Robinson.
No shot I’m holding Robinson over Doubs if costs are equal.
The coaches seem to like him but in preseason and in the few snaps we saw until he got hurt he hasnt been a standout. He is a rookie, hes tiny and so far has been injured.
I wouldnt put any stock into him at this point because no one knows what he can do. He can be great or he can be a bust at this point. There is no data to go one either way. To my untrained eye I havent seen anything special and that could be just a rookie trying to get up to speed which I hope. I dont see the quickness or shiftiness that a little guy needs. hopefully its just rookie stuff but I worry because he is very small.
Doubs has cemented himself as Rodgers' #2 and really looks good.
And by year's end, he could be Rodgers #1 as Allen Lazard is one of the weaker #1 wide receivers in fantasy.
Both team's passing attack is cloudy after this season (will Rodgers hang 'em up?), but for this year, Doubs' value is clearly head and shoulders above WD Robinson. The Giants passing attack under Jones is close to the bottom of the league. Only the Bears have thrown for fewer yards, and their 3 TD passes are 3rd lowest (Bears and Steelers both have just two). The Giants' overall passer rating tanks 27th.
While Green Bay is running the ball more this year, they are still in the top half of the league in all three of those categories.
If you didn't get draft pick compensation for that deal, there is only one word to describe it: "woof"
Why would Robinson be better? Did Toney flourish in this system and with this QB? Giants are 31st in passing yards. I'm not making that trade but hope it works out for you!
