Daboll said it’s TBD if CB Aaron Robinson’s knee injury is season-ending. Daboll said he doesn’t know if Kenny Golladay will go on IR due to his sprained MCL.
How is this happening every single season and barely 25% of the way through the season? Can't even imagine what our roster will look like in Week 8 or 9. And even then, that's still only 50% of the way through the season.
soon and hopefully he can provide some play and help and get Flott back healthy. CB will not be a strength this year, we just need it to not be a huge weakness.
Nope - not like baseball. It is 4 weeks from when you get put on IR
This coaching staff probably doesn't care. The longer KG isn't available, the fewer questions/distractions he causes. Shoulda traded him for a 7th round pick 2 weeks ago. He's worthless!
Overall...every NFL team experiences injuries, this isn't just a NY Giants issue.
RE: Is there any loophole with an injury settlement
that can make a Golladay divorce not such a financial nightmare?
We can release him next year and realize $6.7, in cap savings. It’s not that bad. Toney on the other hand has a fully guaranteed contract. He will cost us cap space through 2024.

And getting replacement can be tough given our cap situation.

Toney is only owed a little less than $4.5M total on the remaining two years of his contract. Unless he becomes a locker room cancer or someone who needs to be jettisoned to send a message to teammates, I think he's still worth nurturing. His talent is unmistakable, so there is still time for him to become a bargain under his current contract and someone for whom they'd gladly pick up the 5th year option. Of course, he also has to stay healthy, but his cost to the salary cap is not a big deal compared to the potential return on investment.
He'd have to accept it.. so no
He’s Hellman was pretty good. Refresh my memory… we picked him up from the Frankfurt Galaxy?
his cousin Bookman was a good library cop

Can it be retroactive to this week?
