Competitions included weight-room challenges, like timed pull-up and plate holds, and conditioning tests, including a stationary bike race to burn a target number of calories as a team. There were also dodgeball, tug-of-war and obstacle course competitions. “Obviously, your competitive side is going to come out in football, but if you’re a competitive person, it’s going to come out in pickleball, wall ball — it doesn’t matter what you’re doing,” wide receiver Darius Slayton said. “I think bringing it out of people in fun ways helps you be able to carry it over so it’s not just football, football, football all the time.” The “Giant Games” had an added benefit of incentivizing players to show up for the voluntary offseason program because members of the winning team didn’t need to complete the conditioning test before the start of training camp and were awarded prime parking spots at the facility. |

As for "old curmudgeons," thanks to us, youngsters still wet behind the ears can feel free to sell wolf tickets on message boards. The kiddies should show more respect to their elders.

I’m likely older than you are, or not far from you so your “kiddie” jokes were a huge swing and a miss. But apparently you admittedly fall in the “curmudgeon” group. Not sure why you’d take pride in that, it’s certainly not complimentary but too each their own my friend!

You certainly don't act older. You remind me of the punk blowhards I used to routinely throw out of nightclubs. Always loud, always talking tough, but folding like cheap suits in crunch time.

Haha! You were a bouncer 40 years ago? You must be a bad ass! Fucking clown show. It’s hysterical that your sorry ass got so butt hurt about “old curmudgeon” when no one even referenced you. I’m guessing you didn’t have a clue what it even meant so you just assumed it meant all old people.
