For injuring ACL. It will be interesting if he wins. It can send a presedent for future law suits from players.

The contract he signed negates it. If it doesn’t then wow.

On the sidelines that the teams stand on are super slick and dangerous. Never understood why they don't just lay down turf.

Agree, those guys slip and slide all over the place when running OB...He is talking about the stuff they cover the wires with, not the tarp looking pieces near the benches, although they are just as bad...

I think he may get a settlement, but the NFL and NFLPA have a valid contract approved by owners and players. Hard to say the contract is invalid when it was negotiated and voted on. The suit against ESPN and the Stadium may have traction because those mats do create a hazardous condition and there is plenty of video to show the crazy slips and slides just off the field.

Cannot say I blame him on this.

FWIW, Reggie Bush filed a similar suit against

the Rams and the Edward Jones Dome when he suffered a knee injury falling on concrete out of bounds in 2015. He ultimately won $12MM (from the team, the stadium authority was dismissed as a defendant).
