and Dex are a god damn force together. Can't believe two coaching staffs misplaced him.
Classic Gettleman to force himself into an overpay, but Williams is a damn good pro.
Honestly was it really an over pay in todays NFL? Both these Dts look like all pros. Sy says they are the best inthe NFL. So we can agree to disagree but w the way the Via Tx had been drafting for years LW was more than Worth it

It's not an overpay now. Interior playmaking monster D lineman is the rarest and most impactful defensive position, with possible exception of shutdown corner.
They are right there in the mix closest to the ball and the defense must allocate a lot of resources to account and negate their presence as priority one. This opens up happy times for all other players on the defensive front.
The Giants have two of them now. Upon these rocks I shall build my defense. I am loving it.

It wasn't an overpay AT ALL but fans can't let it go.

Sauce is certainly a good example of the importance of a shutdown corner, but I would argue a centerfielding FS is more important and rare - and we have XMan, Big Cat and Lawrence. But bbi'ers used the power of computers to determine that DTs and RBs are fungible positions you can pickup any street FA to fill up lol
Thanks for posting!!!
is just him going 'Unh...unh...unh."
Like possible best DLine in the NFL.
Historically that is part of our SB recipe. Exciting times.
LW tosses his gloves....fan "we love you Leo!"
Both him and Dex need to be a future of NYG football for the foreseeable future.

That interaction with the ref was awesome.
