You may remember him as French Corporal Lebeau on the Hogan's Heroes Sitcom. Clary was the last surviving major cast member.
What may don't know about him was that he is a holocaust survivor.

top 6-7 comedy shows of all time?
Honeymooners.
Andy Griffith show.
The Munsters.
Beverly Hillbillies.
All in the Family
in no particular order before "Hogan's Heroes".
won't argue with anyone who wants to put Seinfeld in there.
very sad

Robert Clary survived the concentration camp because he was able to entertain the guards so they kept him alive.
RIP

I didn't know that either. Hogan's Heroes was a great TV. It was also part of the another recent great TV show - The Offer. If you haven't seen it, it's worth seeking out.
