Schedule is way too tough for them to make a big run. They needed tonight desperately.
He’s been waxed in the playoffs by inferior teams his entire career fanboy. Great regular season qb. If you think a qb of his caliber has excelled in the playoffs idk what to tell you…
Looks terrible out there. I think it’s time to ride off into the sunset.
Amazing he only got one Super Bowl, but there are others out there that only have one or none and are just as good or better.
Not too amazing. He’s one of many playoff chokers. He always lays down when it counts
LOL! You might want to take a look at his playoff stats before sounding like a moron? Yeah not so much - ( New Window )
Stats? In the only stat that matters, he's 12-10 overall in the playoffs and 7-9 since winning the Super Bowl in 2011. The Pack has been the top seed three times under Rodgers and they lost each year, obviously at home where they have the best homefield advantage in the NFL in January.
Jim Kelly had very good playoff stats, but no one would say he was successful in the playoffs.

He was very successful in the playoffs. The SB, not as much. But in case you hadn’t noticed, the SB losses weren’t all on him.
But hey, don’t let facts get in the way of your narrative.
Eli's numbers in GB back in the NFC title game weren't anything amazing. But you etch the game? He was incredible.
Same for the 49ers game in 2011.
Rodgers in the NFC title games lately has not been good. Not consistent enough to the point where he's the season MVP and play in the playoff game falls short. Scores 10 points versus SF, goes down 28 to 10 versus TB, gets some empty scores to make the stat line look good.
Dak and Cousins have had tons of those types of games through the years. People go back to those and say "look at those numbers!" and ignore the context.
I have made some similar arguments about Rodgers being one of the great all time "regular" season QB's of all time. Some get very defensive when you knock him in the playoffs.
I don't think he is done but it gets really hard when you are paying a QB 50 million to always have the necessary pieces around him. Then he complains. Green Bay has done a great job overall putting very good talent around him for his career as they did for Favre.
Tennessee is really a well run organization in terms of consistency. I think that GM is probably the one guy that Belichick has really missed as the Pats drafting took a dive when he left.
The Packers with Rodgers starting have made the playoffs 11 times
And been eliminated 10 times, according to the January 2022 article. The Packers with Rodgers have made it to 1 Super Bowl, which they won.
Since getting to and winning the Super Bowl is the prize, I don’t consider being eliminated 10 times in 11 trips to the playoffs as an enviable record. Jim Kelly’s record of getting to multiple Super Bowls and losing them is a bigger accomplishment.

Rodgers (like Peyton) has absolutely dragged some mediocre teams waaaay above their head.
So come playoff time, when the intensity and comp ratchets up a notch, they look “bad” because the talent around them isn’t up to par.
Got a DWI after the flight home this morning. Embarrassing
wow... And, after the issues with Britt Reid, the NFL will be cracking down on drinking on the flights etc..
Lol ZERO chance this happens. I
That is an idiotic response. Reid was accussed of drinking at teh facility and the Chiefs deny allowing people to drink. You let folks drink on your chartered flight and then they drive afterwards it is akin tom owning a bar and serving alcohol to someone and then letting them drive drunk.. The NFL is not going to be looking too good here.

Compare that to Manning and the Giants, who have been underdogs in most of their playoff victories.
Of course it's not just the QB. But it's also not just the QB when a team wins. And since 2015 his playoff completion percentage is under 60 percent. Take out the Jan. 2017 game against the overrated Giants and his stats since 2015 are the epitome of average QB play. Then look at the QBs he has lost to. It's not like Peyton Manning, who was going up against Brady almost every year.

His playoff stats look good to me. In 21 games he has 45 TDs to 13 Ints and a QBR of 100. Does Dan Marino suck too with his zero SBs? What about Drew Breesand his one? The great Payton Manning has one more SB than Rodgers.

It's not QBR, it's passer rating. Nevertheless, you are correct that AR's playoff numbers are solid versus his regular season. Good TD/INT ratio, basically the same completion% (65%), similar Y/A and AY/A.
Further, in the playoffs you are obviously playing the best teams. So, to keep his production near his regular season #s, is a positive.
Peyton is a good comp. And keep in mind Peyton was essentially a passenger for his second SB with Denver. His arm was shot. Also interesting is when the Colts won the SB in 2006, Manning finished with 3 TDs and 7 INTs in that unexpected run. So, he wasn't that great. That was the year when the Colts inexplicably popped in the playoffs and the defense stopped the run after being a sieve the entire year.

Not on the defensive side (ie - the 51-45 loss)
And of course, there was the NYG win in 2011 - the fumbles really fucked them, Rodgers played pretty well that day.
He played OK, not pretty well. But as I said, the team fumbles fucked them. And of course, he would have had a TD if Osi hadn't sacked him. (and yes, I recognize that "almost" doesn't count for anything, the sack/fumble happened and the NYG ultimately blew them the fuck out, thankfully)
A lot of quietly big games this weekend..
Yeah he is blowing Robinson off the field. Before tonights game:
Watson: 7 Games 14 catches 195 yards, 3tds
Robinson : 5 games 14 catches 125 yards 1 td
If you don't give it to Henry and fail, you get criticized. But the presumed safe play isn't safe, as demonstrated.
But Pack couldn't capitalize.
He’s cooked or injured or both.
Amazing he only got one Super Bowl, but there are others out there that only have one or none and are just as good or better.

With Willis they were being held back to being completely one dimensional.
That throw to Burks was excellent.
They can still get to 10. It’s between the giants redskins and them imo
For the last wildcard… we own the tiebreaker with them.
