I think they could make our backfield look really silly

edge would have to go to Giants, but it will be a much closer game then many expect. Cold, windy day will be a factor too for an indoor team. Hopefully the Giants are not caught looking ahead to Thanksgiving against Dallas. Too much at stake in this game. Get to 8-2 is huge!

I think the D is due for a good game and Detroit's defense is at the bottom of almost every statistical category. The Giants should be able to control this game.

I think the theory would be they can score a lot of points with their passing game and we are not an offensive juggernaut to say the least. I am not saying I agree with that theory, but that is a theory and it is reasonable. If our defense does not stop them, our offense is going to be under a lot of strain.

I trust Daboll, Kafka, and Wink to have a solid plan in place for the Lions. I believe in our players to execute that game plan against an inferior opponent. I don't expect it to be easy, but I do expect a home victory to get us to 8-2.

The Lions offense is not bad, actually 9th in the league in points. They have some talent there. They're a more dangerous team than the Texans were.

But they have the worst defense in football and they get destroyed on the ground. In theory, this should be an almost identical gamelan to last week. Maybe feed Breida some extra carries so Saquon doesn't go over 30 again, but Saquon will be getting the ball 25+ times in this one and he's due a couple long runs.

I honestly have a bad feeling about this game, I think that Lions offense is legit and capable of winning the game for them. If they jump out to a quick 10-0 lead, it will be hard for us to play catch-up with the style of football we've been playing.

But I've just gained so much trust for Daboll and co., that I feel like we won't see a let-down game. The team seems to be very focused.

Giants win 27-17, Barkley goes for 180 yards from scrimmage.

and his average arm will struggle in the wind. So, I could see several INTs from him.

If we keep doing what we are doing, I suspect we win this one fairly easily: 23-13.

but I like that DET won an emotional high wire act game last week against the Bears. Coming here in the cold against a team playing hard and playing for a lot of something, I think they walk into an ambush. 26-16 NYG.

Offensive Line and run game. Williams is a load and has 9 TDs already, and Swift is a good change of pace.

Where they've had problems is Goff (7 INTs) and a defense that is bad in almost every metric. They can't stop the run or pass.

This should be a game the Giants offense can dictate what it wants to do, and control the narrative. I see another gameplan similar to HOU - but they need to start giving Barkley a break IMO.

We win the turnover battle and get another unsexy win. I am a little nervous if Wandale can't go and this is no gimme.

The Lions went on a long drought without winning on the road until last week, now they’d be winning on the road twice in a row with a win. The weather will be cold which Goff has not excelled in. I like the Daboll matchup against Campbell.

The Lions have a good offense but awful defense. I think the Giants win at home.

the Giants come out hot and take a commanding lead early so that they wouldn't need Barkley as much in the 2nd half and could give him a bit of a rest ahead of a short week v. DAL. That said (written?), I don't think that will happen and they need all the Ws they can get. I think the Giants win but not comfortably: 20-17.

I'm looking through the schedule and it doesn't appear they've had a 3 game win streak since 2017!

This game features 3 average units, 1 terrible one (Detroit D). Giants take advantage, limit mistakes and put this game in a sleeper hold.

Going Giants 30, Lions 26. But again one of those games that ends closer on the scoreboard that it actually was. Lions get a late TD to draw closer.

Think the Giants force multiple turnover that lead to points. Some chunk plays for Saquon against a poor Lions defense.

By keeping their offense on the sideline! The Giants have been stellar when it comes to time of possession. The Lions D ain’t stopping a damn thing. Saquon and DJ will run and NY will control the clock. Giants win 31-20

So I will go with that.

This game worries me. The NYG will miss McKinney against this offense. I'm gonna be nervous if this becomes a high scoring affair. I think the Giants can move the ball on these turkeys though since they're so bad defensively. Playing from behind is the one thing that would really concern me. Get a lead on these jamokes and don't look back. The outdoor elements will certainly help the NYG this week. Saquon and DJ need to go their thing. Keep Golladay away though, lol.
