This is the time of year where the extreme physical nature of the sport of football becomes glaringly apparent and reduces the overall enjoyment of the NFL. There is no solution. Although adding an extra game isn't helping.
Beavers, Robinson, etc... It usually takes two years to recover (see Saquon Barkely) and these guys are going to contribute at a high level. Hope Shoen has his mojo working
I don't see them winning ANY of their remaining games. Maybe 1 which will have them finish at 8-9. In the grand scheme of things, that will be a good season.

Good point. I think Beavers was one of the biggest losses this year.
They are roughly at about same level as Lions. I still think they're a little better. But game took a bad turn and they don't have the talent to overcome it.

a couple bad turnovers. a couple really bad penalty calls.
all in all, team still looks good. DJ played great other than the first interception.
bring on the cowboys.
Except for the interceptions? Why not throw out every bad play ever?
This was a bad performance and brought back vibes of last season. Manhandled at the line and multiple crucial mistakes. I wouldn't say DJ played great but he def made some nice throws that showed alot of improvement.

How do you lose to a team that you’re better than?
Penalties, turnovers, & special teams.
The Giants were horrific on all 3 areas
They always assume the Giants "looked past" the opponent

Disagree. I don't care how they managed it, but after the 7-2 start, 8-9 would be a big letdown.

good point. no good quarterback ever throws an interception.
I didn't say that. But, you can't throw away the two INTs when they contributed in a big way to this outcome.
I actually think Jones played well, he looked good. The OL sucked, we couldn't run, yet he was completing passes to the WRs and running well. I don't honestly think anyone else could have done more frankly.
Hodgins caught it easily. He then got hit, not even that hard, and fumbled. That's entirely on the WR.
Whatever

On this show we are going to get humiliated...
A total fucking shit show from start to finish..
Daboll should expect some heat after this load of shite
Totally unacceptable
Dallas will be licking their lips on Thursday
Dallas is going to get stomped on today.
And they're going to stomp us Thursday by 40 unless something changes radically.
Of course... You are consistent.
Unless they upset Dallas, even if they do, the Washington game is going to determine whether they make the play offs or not
Not sure I saw that - ball was leading the receiver and he caught it clean in the air. He needs to hold on to that.
The Jets just passed 100,yards of offense with 5 minutes left.
That has to be the post of the night...
Yet me see who might make the tackle first before I hit the open receiver in stride.....FFS

This exactly wrong.
Receiver took at least 2 steps before the hit. Dozens of passes thrown every game where the receiver gets hit quicker.
Here's hoping I miss a great comeback!

Other than that Mrs. Lincoln, how'd you enjoy the play?

This happens every year though, through different regimes. Something fundamentally is wrong.

Pretty much exactly this. Turnovers killed them but D did too. They could’ve answered with a couple of their own or some big time stops but didn’t.
All around team underperformed.
$1,000 bet and i’ll give you under 2.5 games.

Officially we can call it rebuilding this season and not get carried away
