Per the rule yes i realize it was a penalty but the rule is a joke and the there needs to be some allowance for a judgement call it's a continuation "touch" vs an actual hit
I've been critical of a lot of the roughing penalties. This one was easy to throw. He was at least a step or two away, not only put his hands on him, but shoved him down and got one hand on the facemask. It wasn't a bang, bang play. It was easily avoided.
I suppose i agree, my point is more to do with the ones the ones that are continuation tickles and still called... league wide
