One of the beat reporters needs to do an analysis of what the Giants do vs teams that routinely have less injuries. Yes, injuries happen but the Giants seem to always - always - have more injuries.
And the turf is so bad the NFLPA has complained about it.
Teams that play in domes have less injuries than the Giants.
The media needs to turn up the heat on this clusterf—ck, maybe then Tisch will pay attention and fix it. Because Mara is hopeless
I’m convinced that Tisch is the reason they fired Judge and hired a GM from the outside, and that he largely deferred to Mara on most decisions until this past offseason.
Medium soda.

A few decades? I love the idea that the maras are the problem and the tisch’s are the solution. They both make these decisions, it’s a failure on both sides.

You may be convinced that they forced it, but again they’ve owned the team for more than 3 decades. If you give them a pass and not the maras you are buying into a narrative that just isn’t true. They are both responsible for the ups and downs of this franchise, if they waited 30 years to give input I’m not buying it. They are 50/50 owners. I think the WB sneak fiasco is what inflamed the fan base and created a media circus that got judge fired. Had they thrown a pick 6 instead judge may still be here.
That's problem #1.
Problem #2 is that they spent a billion dollars on a piece of shit stadium. Gigantic waste of money.

Agree the stadium sucks but I don’t get why the turf is so horrible. And I’m starting to come around to the idea they should install grass, and put, oh I don’t know, a platform over it for concerts? It’s 2022 - there should be a solution here to the awful field
Obviously I'm being facetious but only to an extent. The length of time this has been an issue and the complete lack of attention paid by the owners which is now exacerbated by the league refusing to take action.
We're ALLLLL about player safety tho baby. Personally Im looking forward to the 26 game schedule with the full tour of Europe. Fuck it, I dont care if they play in the parking lot.
