I’m hopeful Thibs gets there but he needs a year in the weight room bad…Oregon has like the best weight room program so it’s concerning he’ll be the next Leonard Floyd
I thought he was overrated as the top pick in the draft, but he's made some plays in his rookie campaign.
it was a very nice play. Any time a DE makes a pick it's a great play. But the ball was also thrown right at him.
I don't know if it was the simple. I thought he climbed the ladder and showed some terrific athleticism.
I guess I need to see it again...
Dudes a stud. The whole point of running dog blitzes like that is because the QB literally can’t see it. Comes with risk and guys that can actually catch the ball are rare. Spags loved it, but the amount of times I watched Tuck and Strahan drop balls were maddening.
Drives me nuts when people don’t understand why you run dog blitzes. Covering the middle of the field is very tough.

Sehorn's int in the Philly playoff game was a helluva play. This ball was thrown right into his hands after he backed up into the throwing lane...which our linebackers would do more often.

has NO clue. Not only did Hutchinson drop into coverage, he did it LATE, after the snap. To get to that spot AND be athletic enough to haul the ball in- super play by him!

KT is gonna be very good. I think he is focusing on doing his job and not making mistakes right now. The big plays will come.
I thought that focusing on not making mistakes is the antithesis of what Daboll coaches. At least that seems to be how he's handling Jones. The "no mistakes" fixation was Judge's style
Hutchinson seemed to show far more impact as to where the ball was trying to go. He looks the part of a defensive player that could be impactful.
To be honest, I think I saw Thibs beat his guy once. And even that was a questionable hold in the first half. Hopefully he improves because he was a very high pick.
Lions took Hutch at 2. What does Thibs have to do with anything?
Just that some people here say it takes time for and Edge to develop. I'd say Hutch is coming along fairly quickly
This is a guy who for most of the year was assumed to be the #1 pick in the draft. I would hope he is coming along fairly quickly. Thibs also missed the beginning of the season with injury. He is catching up. He’ll be fine.

Thibs got held a lot today and like other games he just does not get the calls.
Way too early to judge but am very happy they got Thibs.
Most of our WRs and TEs don't make that catch

See the link, especially the ground view.
Sorry, for a DE, that's a brilliant play.
Closer Look... - ( New Window )

Very true, however many said the same about Wirfs vs Thomas in their respective rookie seasons too. Look how that’s turned out.

However I still take Thibs
