It’s pretty obvious we are no longer contenders. It’s not even the loss. The injuries we have sustained are insurmountable. If I were him, I’d be booking my flight to Dallas right now.
By that, I mean we should kidnap him. Keep him tied up in a closet. Don't sign him - that would just be stupid. But don't let him sign with Dallas either.
Signing with Dallas would ultimately be better for us, IMO. He's unlikely to make much impact this season, and if Dallas wants to keep him beyond that, they're going to have to let a lot of guys go. So they'll be a worse team for having Beckham on their roster.
My take on him is he will go where he thinks he is needed most and can be the "big guy", rather than just another fish in the ocean. He has a big ego which needs stroking

So I think you have to be careful about overpaying and only make a deal if it is best not just for this year but for following years as well In other words would be better to sign Odell or draft a Wide receiver next year?

Go to NY, not get paid, probably not win this year, and probably get a 3rd ACL.
