I looked at the analysis in depth, one inherent quality of the current turf structure is that the individual "threads" in the turf appear to be an amalgam of artificial "loops" similar to rabbit snares, the new turf will have straight line offshoots, it makes me think that the current turf can more easily grab/entangle the player's cleats.....and with all their mass/power/strength/speed, if their cleats get snared, the break points are ankles, and mostly knees! there is a reason race tracks are so meticulously groomed, because many of the horses running are multi million dollar investments.......hmmmmmmmm, seems similar to the investments owners put into their rosters. makes sense to go for the straight shoot turf or ideally......nothin beats grass.
It's just our 'luck' and maybe our guys don't protect themselves as well out there, but I don't even known. This has been going on since 2009. It's extremely annoying.
But, they got to stop with putting star DBs out there. Have they not learned anything from Jason Sehorn?
