The issue with Neal is that we're only going to have walk-throughs between now and Thursday, so it might be hard to get a real sense of how ready he is.

Thursday is going to be a very difficult situation for the Giants. The path to victory in Dallas in this spot, especially considering all the injuries is very narrow.

Giants historically don’t fair well in these situations. But they get a mini bye, regardless of what happens in Dallas to get ready for Washington, which could well be the defining game of this season.

My bet is they limp into Dallas, with what they have, not rushing anyone back, and use the 10 days to try and get healthy for a stretch run.

...so I would be surprised if he plays on Thursday, and honestly, for his long term health I'd think it would be a mistake if he does.
