Hopefully I am allowed to start this thread. Many issues with the team again. Between an anemic offense and a defense giving up big plays, you cannot beat a good team. However, overlay officiating that is criminal, you have no chance.
That said, I also think the coaches had another bad game. Two stinkers in a row for our coaches on both offense and defense.
Execution was awful as well, but I get that we're fielding a bunch of players who have no business on an NFL field.

Yeah no doubt.. the injuries put us at a huge disadvantage. This is why you need your better players to step up and for the coaches to help win the game. They actually hurt us today.
Refs being assholes aside, that was some horrendous playcalling and game/clock management in the second half.
It is, but that doesn't excuse running the fucking ball and killing the clock when we're down two TDs.
He was in on a few snaps. He was active. Didn't do shit, but he had a few snaps.

He’s gone as soon as they can dump him

And huddling up and taking their sweet ass time. I know they are beat up but those last two drives did not look like a team terribly concerned about winning a game
He did a good job blocking.
But what does it say that your 20 million WR comes in only for blocking.
Regroup and let’s hope they get some guys back. Nice effort by Thibs today.
Whatever. I knew my Thanksgiving was going to be ruined because I didn't see us winning this game, but the fact that it was there for the taking makes me even more pissed.
Jones was under duress all game, but I still don't think he played well. Really nothing from the WRs aside from Slayton's TD, although Hodgins might stick as a possession receiver next year. Everyone else can go.
Great game from Thibs. Love, R. Williams, and Flott also played well. Holmes was just abused, although two of those holding calls were BS.
Need to get healthy, at least a little between now and Washington. And develop a game plan that doesn't involve wasting every first down by running Barkley. Washington also has an excellent front and will be geared to stop him like everyone else.
Did you honestly think it would be this year?
Of course, we have to wait until the roster is better. So many fans have irrational exuberance.

Giants had only 10 men on the field and all day long the wrong personnel were on the field and had to run off or have a TO called.
That said, even with ten men, Barkley was wide open for a first down. The pass was a bit behind him but your star player has to make that catch.
Defense is just undermanned. Not much you can do with the secondary they had to field and the LBs they have.
The calls were terrible, but the refs seemed to want to be seen on national TV. That dramatic explanation on the Lamb out of bounds catch? They wanted to be on TV.
This year has been good for the team but there is still a lot of work to do before this is a legitimately competitive team.

He'll get a shot somewhere, may even be here, to show he should be your starter. But I think the big bucks are slipping away.
after Dallas made the game 28-13… Was one of the worst I’ve seen. Zero sense of urgency. Running the ball. Walking back to the huddle. Actually doing a huddle. You’d have thought the Giants were trying to run out the clock. Awful
They can't.
Most of the board seemed to acknowledge when Jones played well this year. Will the same happen for an obviously bad game?
2nd half, our players put us in a hole consistently, and the better team won. Ahead of the game, I would've guessed 38-13.
My guess is that they knew the game was over and just wanted some successful reps to build a bit of confidence for Washington.
The two game changing plays were the phantom hold penalty on 3rd and long penalty that kept Dallas drive alive to open second half and the 4th and 1 bad pass/drop by Barkley. Team isn’t good enough and too banged up to overcome that.
Didn’t like the pace in the second half on offense.
Overall, it’s kinda of what we expected with a banged up team. Felt DJ and Saquon needed to do more as leaders.
Rest up. Get healthy. On to Washington while still holding on to a playoff spot.
Regroup and let’s hope they get some guys back. Nice effort by Thibs today.

But today he wasn’t good. Game was there for the taking. Also think the giants played the 2 min drive before halftime very soft.

How'd you have felt had the first TD hadn't been called back by a bullshit penalty?
Perhaps, but that doesn't excuse the killing of clock late in the fourth quarter and the 10-men personnel on offense on a critical fourth down play.
Also Saquon is not running angry. I think he is still hurt in some way. He is tackled way to easy and rarely falls forward gaining an extra yard or two like Pollard or Elliot. He was doing this early in the season. I think something is wrong with him.
Glad to see them go to Brightwell at least a few times. Oh well, good game and they did not get blown out even with all the back-ups playing.
Clock is ticking on Barkley and Jones. They need to avoid a swoon here in 2nd half.

Phillips was downfield illegally. It didn’t impact the play, and there were plenty of other bullshit calls this game, but that wasn’t one of them.
And my view would not drastically change on one play. I evaluate the game in whole, not on a single play. Jones left several critical plays on the field today. We may have lost anyway, but he didn’t play well at all.
They played well and were in the game until the 4th quarter.
The defense held strong today against an offense that has been on fire with once again 3rd string CB's
Coaching game plan was well put together and Jones played smart.
They were keying on Barkley.
Wink is going to drive you crazy in games but I will tell you he hit Prescott alot today and forced him off his spot more than once.
I am not sure most of understand how limited this team is talentwise. We had 7 practice squad players on offense today .

To learn how to play with some urgency at the end of the game. They wasted way too much time when they are behind

I'm not just talking about the last drive. The 2 drives before that were just as bad. They had guys walking to the line on that second to last drive. It's maddening
