with Bellinger, Ezeudu, Neal, Ojulari, Moroeau all back
I hope those guys are all back. But it's the Giants. One of them will probably reinjure themselves getting out of bed in the morning or something. There are 10 days of opportunities for ALL Giants players to hurt themselves, whether it be at practice, or at home.
lets hope it continues under Daboll and that Washington drops one at home Sunday. This game is the season IMO. 8-4 ain't too shabby. 7-5 is pretty iffy.
Yes I agree and we had 10 men on the field, At that point of the game in that spot you punt.
Proto-typical example of judging the wisdom of a playcall by the result of the play. If Jones throws a better ball or Barkley catches, even if we still lose the game, nobody is question the decision. If anything, we're lauding Daboll for having the stones to make it.
Obviously it is for making the playoffs. And I get that.
But we just saw what happens when we play a good team. We played totally fine, won the turnovers 2-0, and still lost decisively. And its not like Dallas played awesome either.
This Giants team is not a high-volatility, high-upside type of team that can make a run. I get wanting to make the playoffs, but we already know what's going to happen if we get there.
Road to play offs begins Sunday. Was encouraged with how they hung With Dallas for 3 quarters before game got out of hand
Up 13-7, three big third down conversions. Then 4 th and 2, Jones has to make better pass there, but could Barkley and least one time make a catch. He could have caught that.
Mini bye, get some guys back, get the season back on track. Never thought they go through without hitting a rough spot
Beat Washington and let s have some fun
Eric, I really Enjoy Bbi, but if I were you I consider a moratorium on game threads….. What a disgrace Some of your posters are just not mature enough to watch a game and interact with others
Not sure why you lump Jones with that dropped ball……I agree, the pass wasn’t perfect, but come on Sean, you HAVE TO CATCH THAT PASS. This is a guy who probably wants > 10 M a year, yes? Catch the ball…..

Of course. The play is more on Barkley, but the ball was behind and low. If the ball is thrown well Barkley had a lot of room.

I think it’s important because it gives Daboll and Schoen more breathing room - and the space to make wise long term decisions.

There’s at least one person around here who wants to give Jones $40 million. How about hitting a wide open Barkley in stride on a simple throw.
The schedule makers didn't do the Giants any favors with Washington

Jones & Barkley (pending free agents) both botched the biggest play of the game.

So did the coaches for trotting out 10 guys...
They had the play. The QB & RB did not execute.
Not the past 3 games.

they could beat the colts straight up. But yeah all these other games are losses.

May have 1 more win in them but it won’t be by out playing anyone.

Such a brutal take.
Agree, if they dont win another game I wont be suprised at all.

And what's with 5 division games in the final 7 weeks?

Some really odd schedules this year. Colts played 5 divisional games in the first 7 weeks of the season.

Don't completely disagree.
Ojulari
Jefferson
Bellinger
Neal
Moreau
All of the above are able to return if healthy. I wonder which ones will be healthy enough in 9 days….
