i\In the words of LT from the 1986 America's Game: "That was just an ass-whipping." Even Bosco's attendance was subpar.
Outmatched

For someone who isn't from the area, is this a pretty big rivalry?
It's a huge Rivalry

Son is a senior at Bosco (not a football player) it was a tough night, hats of the BC they are a great team, Bosco was probably over confident from the regular season matchup Bosco crushed them 34-7. Beating that team twice in one year is a tall order, the BC coach was out of his mind was screaming at the refs the whole first half, ran out to the middle of the field one play I thought he was going to get ejected. He was fired up and the whole BC team was just as fired up.
Yes, this is the biggest "Non-Public" rivalry in NJ

Schools are separated by about 15 minutes - throw in St. Joe's and it's 3 big all-boys schools separated by a few minutes' drive.

When those teams play, you'll see some of the best talent in NJ - Bosco's OT is going to A&M and is a good bet to be playing on Sundays, and Bergen's DT is going to Texas.

There's Giants flavor too over the years. Matt Simms went to Bosco, George Martin's sons and Jim Burt's son went to Bergen, and Howard Cross' son went to Joe's.
Both schools have players ...
