against Hurts?? You know all he does well is run?! smh.
Yeah. It I'd stupid. 3rd and goal last week with the Colts and they abandon the center of the field. What did they think Hurts would do? Pass the ball?
a DC calls a defense that has the DBs play 15 yards off the LoS and allows an easy 10 yards completion and soft enough to allow another 3 or 4 yards of soft coverage.
How stupid can you be?
Wow.. if you don't see that Hurts is a big time player
I don't know what to tell you. That's a huge throw in a big spot with no time left. And they put up 27 in one half of football against a pretty good defense. Pro-rate that. It's 54. When was the last time we had an offense that could score at that clip? Long time.

He’s been very impressive this year.
He also has top talent at every skill position. Also on the OL.
Just sayin’ - it’s a team game….

Ok... but he's making plays. With legs and arm. He's not along for the ride. And Q Watkins... i mean... cmon.
That should the minimum number of times DJ runs in a game. He's not a pocket passer, and his best weapon is his legs. He needs 10 designed runs every week...it's a huge part of what makes Hurts effective.

You can make the plays with Watkins when you have the other talent around him to spread out the field.
Again - he’s been impressive- but where does the talent around him end and his talent begin? I don’t know the answer.
If you switched Jones and hurts - would the results be the same? Probably not. Maybe. But we’ll never know.

Both Dallas and Philly have killed the Giants on the LOS for a long time. WFT is making a lot of progress. Giants made progress but more still needs to be done. Football is still a LOS game.
Agree Jones needs to run more. I expect that when Bellinger and Neal return.
Good challenging tests await the Giants. We'll see how far they have come. Or not.
But you make a good point about the lines. That’s why I don’t look to the Buffalo build as a blueprint on how the team gets built. To compete in the east you need really strong lines. Everybody has them (we are getting there) everyone wants to run the ball in the east

LOS loves that. Still waiting to sufficiently restore order going on over 10 years at 1925 Giants way.
Interesting I also have said the same thing about the Buffalo model. Not sure why people act like we are talking about a champion here. Some very nice regular season. I hope JS alters. This is the NFCE. You better pack a punch up front on both sides if you want to get anywhere.
Don’t forget 1 was an engram game and 1 was a glennon or Fromm game.
Of course we haven’t faced AJ brown yet. That dude is a monster and definitely changed the dynamics of the offense
The Giants earned 2-2 vs. the Eagles. They blew the first game in in 2020. Eagles were awful in the first game of last season. Joe Judge was the coach of all those games.
RE: Only thing worse than Eagles team is Eagles fans
Phillies and Flyer fans are worse. You do not hear from them until the team is winning. Philadelphia fans saw their Flyer gear when they were dusting off their Phillies gear.
callining Superbowl LII fairly. Kicking the fieldgoal there was the easy call. Just because nudnicks in Philadelphia were triggered doesn't mean you need to bow down.
I think it's pretty clear DJ is done. No 5th year options. No contract talks to date. Not a lot of progress this year even though he has played OK and showed a lot of heart.
If 2023 is a rebuilding year why would we bring back Saquon and pay him anything? I've also said it elsewhere but if Saquon and Schoen "didn't get close" on the contract talks during the bye week then there is 0% chance Saquon plays on the Franchise Tag which is projected to be 12m for a RB. Him and his agent are looking for top dollar guarantees. It is likely his only significant FA contract.
Not too confident that Green Bay will survive
0-7 already
Great line...
I watching but I cant stand AR or philly
A bad Rodgers season is better than how many QBs seasons this year? Big hint...
That was a bad throw by Rodgers. Well behind the receiver.
He has had a really bad year so far. Too many turnovers and bad decisions. He is personally responsible for some of their losses.
It barely started.

Don’t try to discourage them from doing what they do so well,

Me too - I hope.
Just an observation - but you are right. Mea Culpa
Hope Gardner-Johnson is OK. He looked very wobbly after that collision.
That was scary but, 2 ft lower with that hit he blows out a knee
Right... It is just sickening...
Jackass.
NFL is the worst.
NFL is the worst.
I know. Grabbing up under the pads and torquing is normal. He did it too well? JFC
Packers can't do anything right this year...
Jackass.
It’s kind of funny because the eagles offense kind of resembles an indoor football league offense.
And sirianni is a jackass. So freaking arrogant and pretend to be tough guy routine
He doesn’t have the weapons he normally has, but he is still Aaron Rogers
Guy is such a cheater.

Top QBs in the league are supposed to do it without the best weapons. They are supposed to elevate the rest of the offense.
I learned that here.

Please have a Green Bay WR run an out pattern near the Philly sideline and let Rodgers airmail one into Sirianni's face.
Thank you, NFL Gods.

We haven't scored over 27, yet
Agree he is a big time player
Did you believe that when the season started?
Not enough!
How ironic that the QB who replaced Hurts is now competing with Hurt for league MVP. Tua.

Isn't it fun to watch teams get away with things that our team never does?🙄
Good News
They gave up a lot of point to a beat up team

Sigh....
Again - look at the difference in offensive talent. Including the OL.
PHI is CLEARLY better at 9 of the 11 positions. By a LOT.
They had about 335 yards rushing in this game, what's this college football, geez? They have the best O Line in football.
Quote:
Their OL, for which they have probably the best position coach in the league who also serves as coordinator for their rushing attack.

Anyone who thinks Jalen Hurts would be having the year he is having with our talent is out of their minds.
Not as good as thrower, but a better runner.
In terms of body build, both guys were strong as heck on their feet and made plays.
I wonder if Hurts will wear down more quickly with all his running. So far, he's gotten thru it unscathed but he's still a young guy.
