The tie today is frustrating although there were a few times where you would have signed for the tie (WAS driving at end of regulation and their first OT possession). I know the doom and gloom is high now, but WAS has been playing well (physically dominated Philly a few weeks ago).
9-7-1 is better than 9-8.
I’m assuming Detroit loses another game which gets them to 8 losses. If NYG can beat WAS in two weeks, they are 1.5 games up on them. If they beat IND at home, that gets them to 9-7-1 at least. WAS would need to lose another game along the way.
I think that is the path.
That would be unexpected back in May.

I don’t want them to win a game bc another team laid down. I want to see them earn it properly.
