Just rewatched the spike to stop the clock after the Richie James catch and boy that defensive lineman was a whole yard over the line of scrimmage when the ball was snapped. Huge missed call from the refs.
from James when he was trying to get it to the ref. If you are going to call a PF on Feliciano....
I have to look back at it but I had no problem with that. The player thought he wasn't touched and tried to get up and run. I have to hear the whistle.
had some issues yesterday - the ones against the Giants are well discussed here obviously. But also I noticed on the Washington side, the illegal block in the back (Logan Thomas?) either wasn't shown on the replay or was a phantom call.

They showed a replay and he did block someone in the back but it looked like it was right on the LOS so I’m not sure that is a foul. Vilma mentioned it was questionable.
of the 2018 Carolina vs Giants GW drive. In that game the zebras gave Carolina a phantom first down, did not whistle the play dead to measure the spot, and Gano nails the deep field goal - Giants lose.
In both cases, the referees were loath to get too involved in the final ticking seconds.
interfering / delaying game by blocking the players from lining up on the final drive? Seems they potentially cost the Giants an extra second or two. If the clock on the final play is 7 seconds instead of 5, Giants prob run another play instead of kicking the 58 yarder.
RE: Anyone else think the Commanders were borderline

It was 4th down, so no.
Having more time in that situation would have been a detriment because it would have given the Commanders time to do something from midfield after Giants missed the FG.
