Re Collinsworth"s pixie dust" comment about Heinecke and his propensity for making the off-schedule, improvised big plays, it's what he does and doesn't do for the rest of the snaps that makes me think Washington will still be looking for its next franchise QB. Apparently, his teammates love him as does the staff. He just makes too many mistakes and is too innaccurate in between his OMG throws. With their running game and trio of excellent receivers, they should be scoring more points and imo, it's on the QB.
And they will be home watching.
Nothing wrong with that. He can move the team and keep them competitive should a starter go down (just like he is doing this year when Wentz went down).
I really hope Washington over estimates his ability and keeps him as the starter, because if they ever got an Aaron Rodgers or drafted a CJ Stroud with their skill players, they would be very dangerous.

Agreed, Heinecke is a great backup QB but not someone you want as your long term answer.
The best thing that ever happened to the rest of the NFC East is Snyder literally made Jay Gruden draft Haskins. And I'm not kidding when I say this - that decision was based largely on the fact Haskins played with Snyder's son in high school (The Bullis School in Potomac, MD) and Snyder really liked his parents.
Likeable? Do people really think the punk is likeable?
If I were Heneke, I would be, like, “Take your pixie dust and shove it.”
And they will be home watching.
True but he is also the reason they are even in the conversation, Wentz was going nowhere.
he came down hard on him with him ~340 lbs

Wentz is very similar to Heinicke in that they both help their teams with good plays, and help the other team with idiotic, inexplicable plays.
Let's face it. Washington is in the deep into QB Hell.
THAT is certain!
According to Spotrac, Washington can release Wentz next offseason and save $26 million and have $0 dead cap. And they are already projected to have $19 million in cap space to begin with.

It would be nice if during the three hours Collinsworth removed his lips from Tom Brady’s butt crack to provide commentary on Sunday night football that he would refrain from his erroneous opinions, the airing of old grudges and vocalizing nostalgia from his underwhelming ringless Superbowl fumbling career.

Yup, IIRC they're something like 5-2-1 with Heinecke in the lineup.
