I don't think that's the reason they called it. They called it because Henne got hit 0.01 seconds after he released the ball.
Dexter had the roughing call last week and that wasn't even a collision. It's just a horrible rule and has been for many seasons now. Need to just switch the rules to touch football for QBs unless they are past the line of scrimmage. At least that's fair.
