at basically every position?
That team is head and shoulders above the Giants at every level.
How is it that they have 2 first round draft picks? How is it that they were able to convince the Dallas Cowboys to trade with them for Devonta Smith?
How is it that all of these players are not at the top of their pay scale?
Does Howie Roseman have pictures or something?? Why is it 30 teams passed on Bradberry, but the Eagles found a way?
I personally don’t have these answers but in my irrational state this morning, it makes me wonder if the Eagles are actually playing by all the rules. Remember what the 49’ers did back in the day.
It all just seems so serendipitous to me.

They've been good for most of the last 20 years but in the last 6 or 7 they've won with different QBs and coaches while building consistently top tier lines. I don't know that it's so much of a "recipe" as it is just having a great front office.
In 2021 they switched picks with Miami (moved down from 6 to 12) and got a Miami's 2022 1st rounder.
They had three first rounders in 2022, and were able to trade for AJ Brown for only a 1st and 3rd. Total fleecing of Tennessee's GM.
Then they fleeced the Saints because the saints wanted to move to draft Trevor Penning. The Eagles got the Saints 2023 1st and 3rd round picks, 2024 2nd rounder.
Three drafts in a row with multiple 1st rounders.
And they often use premium picks on the trenches.
So the hurdle is even bigger than the Eagles and Cowboys....
I believe we can win Super Bowls with our coaches.....to be honest, I am not sure if the Cowboys and Eagles can with theirs.
Nothing has changed from player development...

Roseman appears to know what he is doing, damn him.

It's also conceivable where we'll improve thus narrowing the gap and being more competitive.
Might not be next year but in a couple years I think we'll be going toe to toe with them.
Right now, they are a HUGE mismatch for us in a game that is based on matchups. The results this year show that.
Eagles are 3rd in fewest games lost to injury.
and of the top 5 they had the smallest impact of those players.
Of their 2022 draft class, all their players played in at least 13 games, and 2021 draft class their 1st - 5th round picks played 33 games or more combined the past two years.
health is often overlooked or confused with talent or other factors with team success.
I don't know how to crack that code, not sure the Eagles do either, they've just been fortunate is my guess.
The Eagles have a built-to-win now salary structure. Things will get somewhat more difficult in ‘23 and A LOT more difficult in ‘24.
A defeat next weekend, hopefully at the hands of the 49ers, will be a massive blow to the franchise.

NO could’ve made the playoffs if they kept his $2M contract AND get a ‘24 comp pick. Just doesn’t make sense that they couldn’t swing a better deal elsewhere if they were dead set on getting rid of him.
