We are 3-22 against them over those six years. Outscored 453-714 over those 25 games, for an average 11 point loss per game. Eric has been harping on this for a while, but seeing these numbers was kind of shocking.
Consider that we were 10-3-1 against everyone other than Dallas and Philly. Easy schedule or whatever, those 14 games were played against 12 teams. But the simple obvious fact is that unless and until we are competitive within the division, our ceiling will stay low.
So for me, every move we make this offseason should be about catching those teams. Waiting for them to fall back to our level is not a strategy.
It's funny, because my kid today was incredulous about the Bengals success as a Ravens fan. He's like 'we beat them, why can't anyone outside the division do it?
(the Bengals are 3-3 in division)
It's not like the Cowboys and Eagles were beating up on everyone else in the NFL all during those years either. Christ, the Washington Football Team won the division in 2020.

Next year I expect it to go differently pending a fruitful offseason where we have quite a bit of money under the cap.
the Jets really do suck.......long term!
