Salary Cap Question

I was on Over The Cap today and noticed the Salary Cap is different per team. For example, they currently have the Giants cap at $226mil, while the Eagles cap is at $231mil and Dallas is $229mil. I thought the NFL cap number was the same for each team. Is that not the case?

Teams can rollover unused cap space

Each team starts with the league cap number, and then rollover dollars, incentives from the prior year to be paid, etc. get folded in.

that makes sense.

It may have to do with rollover money

That get added to the cap number. Differs for every team.
