Flowers is the best WR in the draft IMHO. Reminds me of Antonio Brown on the field. Maybe Flowers and Wandale could work out like Tyreke Hill and Jaylen Waddle did for the Dolphins this year.
Too similar to Robinson in some ways. Also, I think they'll be looking for a cornerback.
For now, though, these mocks are just conversation starters. Everything's going to change after the combine anyway. And free agency. And it depends on who the Giants keep and who leaves.
I'd personally like to see them get a big, fast, surehanded receiver who makes contested catches. But who wouldn't like to see that?
WRs playing at 180 lbs. It feels like the guys who can survive the physicality of the NFL and be reliable contributors are the exception, not the rule.

I just watched a Zay Flowers highlight reel. Yes, he is very very good and very very slender.
is who I keep finding myself taking in draft simulators when the top 3 WR's and Brian Branch are all off the board.
He's not big, but the Antonio Brown PLAYER comp's are warranted. He has the juice to line up anywhere on the field and get open.
I realize he's not the prototype 'X', but the Giants need playmakers and he's exactly that. He'd be a shot in the arm for the passing attack and a big upgrade over Slayton, James and all of the other receivers on the roster.
The only downside is he'll be 23 as a rookie, usually guys that are drafted at 20-21 have more upside (and are better values on their second contract)
....but the size isn't an issue for me because Daboll seems to value WR's with speed that can separate in this offense. The big-bodied, contested-catch style WR's (Golladay) seem to be something that just doesn't appeal to this staff and offensive philosophy.
Just look at last year's draft...they had a higher value on Robinson, who can separate, versus George Pickens and Alec Pierce who are more contested-catch types of players.

Main takeaway from Shrine Bowl practice day two is that Zay Flowers moves differently than everyone else and I’m like 60% sure he’s going day one.
He would play outside. He is small but super explosive. I worry a little about the size but he was pretty durable except for an ankle I believe sophomore year. He also put up numbers with pretty mediocre offenses. He also has a really good head on his shoulder and comes from a strong family as well. Google the story of zay flowers being offered more money in a NIL and the decision process to stay at BC.

Jordan Addison is the one who missed games with a knee injury this year.
Give me a 4.37 40 guy, a guy that occupies the CB and a safety. If his hands are good, then why not?
This is the guy that make sense to me. He just looks like an NFL WR.
