Opening statement from the prosecution …. He’s toast he said over and over again he was at the house not at the kennels which are several hundred yards away and they can place them there right when the cell phone activity stop for a son and wife this guy is one of the worst human beings there’s ever walked this earth ripped off needy disabled people and stole their lawsuit judgments and it looks like he killed his wife and son just an awful awful human being

who basically hired a guy to try and kill him while he was changing a tire by the side of the road a couple years ago.

Unfortunately He was driving his wife’s Mercedes SUV they did not have a spare they were no flat tires
