I really have no idea if Dabes would look outside but if he did I wonder if we could finally poach Stoutland away from Philly by giving him our OC gig. He’s obviously an older candidate but with that comes some level of stability over these younger guys who are going to bolt in 2 seconds as Kafka would have in this scenario.
Isn't there a rule that might qualify the Giants some comp picks?
You need to be in position for two seasons before comp picks are awarded. So it’d be great if he hung around for another year, especially as next year Brandon Brown might be more of a realistic GM option for other teams presuming we draft well and have a good season next year
I presume Kafka qualifies on account of being Jewish?
Regardless of who might replace MK should he leave,
would fit in well with this cast of characters! Get it done.
It seems like he wants to come out of retirement, but is still weary of the stress...maybe as a positional coach might be the sweet spot for him. Still part of the game but less day to day stress.

I am going to assume that was a joke. Relicdoa is not crazy…
He seemed kinda hot headed

On the other hand, Daboll exercises a lot of input in the offense, so the OC isn't on his own.

What minority group would Kafka fall within? By looks alone, I'd say none, but I could be wrong.
Either way, the individual has to spend 2+ years with a team in order for them to receive draft compensation.
