Big game tonight and a tough stretch looking forward.

Ton of Knicks news being reported-
*According to Fred Katz of The Athletic, the Knicks have “decisively” turned down inquiries on reserve guard Miles McBride.
*Leaders in on-off plus/minus over the last 3 seasons:
1. Nikola Jokic (+13.2)
2. Joel Embiid (+11.5)
3. Immanuel Quickley (+11)
*Sources — Knicks willing to offer Obi Toppin and two first round picks as a starting point for Raptors’ OG Anunoby.
You said it all!!
Yeah, can we finally beat those guys? They’ve had some nice wins without KD but I think we’re due for a W against those guys. Maybe Kyrie will take the night off.
They got 2 all stars, no reason for the up and down but i think a lot of it is energy, i think sometimes they just have no legs, they need to add another depth piece
Randle -16
Obi +19
RJ +14
Robert Williams +21
except on defense, lol.

Both big runs were by the bench and both Boston come backs were when the starters were on the floor.
Score 34 points and have a -16
Grimes is not ready to start and it should be Quickley yes you lose something on defense but Quickley give you so much more on the offensive end
He adds some size to the back court, Knicks have trouble with bigger wings
I think they really missed Mitch tonight. No way Tatum drives at will to the basket if the Stoner Giant is in the paint.
Yup. Same type of coach. Both guys will bring structure and discipline the first season and have the team play over its head. But then slowly structure becomes rigidity.
But Knicks are still developing. So no problem with Thibs this year. He teaches young guys the fundamentals

They definitely miss Mitch. Sims is still a work in progress and Hart is Hart. Mitch is a force on D and rebounding.

but OG would be so freaking perfect for this roster. Grimes shouldn’t be guarding the Tatums and Siakams of the league on a nightly basis - you can tell it’s wearing him down.

or just play Grimes and Quickly and bench RJ the ball hog.

think Thibs and Gallant were separated at birth.

yeah, Obi's really learning a lot.
Yes he would be but I wouldn’t count on it happening

Grimes was 0-4 down the stretch from 3 in big moment.
RJ had 5 big points in OT

Both Quick and Grimes are better defenders than RJ. Both are better shooting the ball. Stats don't lie.
When they are leading late in a game and want to use up the clock he lets the ball roll down the court before picking it up which of course something you do when behind and trying to conserve the clock.
love your posts, it's like reading English from the 1500s!
j/k, go Knicks

Clock runs after a made basket until 2 minutes left

He’s done it all season and again tonight.

I’m pretty sure he’s done it with that time frame

He does it to conserve time on the shot clock. It doesn't start till the ball touches someone in bounds. This way you get near half court with no time coming off the SC.
