Safety is not in bad shape even if they lose Love.
Situation at ILB and WR obviously need addressing.
QB and RB depend on the two big guys.
"And like that... it's gone."
That was based on the Giants PR department listing him as a WR when he was re-signed. They have made mistakes in the past with stuff like this. Need to be confirmed in the spring.

I'd rather have Gates at C.
DL needs to be addressed. As others have said, I wouldn't be shocked if we're talking a high pick.
And Ellis was straight up embarrassing in the playoff game. I know people keep saying we need to get more stout on the edge. However, this was a different D than Graham's defenses. Graham's defenses got destroyed on the edges. Imo, this year wasn't like that. I'm not saying we never got burned on the edges. I'm saying this team was hurt more up the gut. Dex and Williams can only be in so many places. The middle of our D got their asses handed to them.

of bodies, the Giants are actually in decent shape on the OL except for center, but I Lemieux and Ezeudu also could project to center. NT is not in bad shape.

Lemieux basically laughed at himself in an interview when they asked him how he did at Center after an offseason pracitce.
And Ezeudu played every position on the OL except Center at UNC.
The future for the NYG at Center isn't on this roster yet.
Hopefully.
I would prefer to draft a center on day 2 of the draft.

WR, CB….DE is a good use of a premium pick
Quote:
Anderson has trouble holding up inside. Either he bulks up or takes snaps at DE because he gets washed out quite a few times.

I think the Giants need to get stouter up-front and quicker-thinking behind them (the linebackers), maybe due to only having two defensive linemen on the field most of the time. Meanwhile the linebackers bite on all kinds of trick plays and are slow-footed in coverage.
Agreed
That screams 2023 Super Bowl favorites to me!
Schoen: "Don't shop hungry."
Lemieux has been injured a lot and Ezudu is an unknown.
OLB is lacks depth and Ojulari has been hurt a lot
