It looks like 125 players ended up with invites (attached).
With a few invited players deciding to return to school, the final list includes some last minute invites.
During the early part of the week there will be a few players that will have current injury concerns, and as in past years, they will not participate in practices and there is likely 3-5 players on a "waiting list by position" that will be added as replacements.
Jim Nagy has done an amazing job putting this year's roster together and has probably the most "NFL high quality prospect list" ever.
For those of you that don't closely follow the draft, keep a record of these Senior Bowl players. It's likely that 85% of these 130 will be drafted and this group will represent about 40% of all the 256 players drafted in April.
First up will be the NFL conducting the weigh in's and official measurements of each player.
Should be a great week with a lot of draft information to flowing.

How about D2 Shepherd College having a QB at the Senior Bowl...Tyson Bagent. Need to research him.
I think Andre Carter needs to have a good week. His production really dipped after a great year in 2021 with sacks and pressures. There are a lot of mixed impressions about him right now. Anywhere from a first rounder to a day two guy to an early day three guy...
It was always played somewhere in Alabama, usually on Christmas Day.

Armstrong transferred to NC State. I'm not sure UVA will miss him. He had a really poor year, but in all fairness, so did the entire team. Armstrong was also dealing with a new head coach and presumably a new offensive system.

Yeah, Tony Elliott was not impressive his first year as HC. I would imagine that that certainly played a role in Armstead's decline.
NC State is a very solid program under Doeren. So, Armstrong will be in good hands to revise his career and draft prospects...
