from Denver (I was there for the Denver Vertical mile building stairs run-up followed by the brutal Manitou incline climb the following day in Colorado Springs) and he saw my Giants jacket, Frank Gifford shirt and NYG suitcase. The first thing he said was, I can’t believe the Empire State building lit up in green. He read the ESB rationale in the papers but was not happy, not buying it.
He mentioned Piscarcik and I said, “yeah, but given what came from it, that was a “good” thing.”
I didn’t know that
Lol
it's not green, it's Bronze but just happened to tarnish.

That was also wrong and disgusting in so many ways!
I can't even think of one way, let alone "so many ways!"
and how many flights were the steps and how long is the climb?

I am appalled.
I am appalled.
Agreed 1000%, this smells of the NFL commish.
Yes, the Denver Vertical is 56 floors up, you take the elevator down and do the 56 floor climb 7 more times for a climbing total of 448 floors..You have to do it in 2 1/2 hours or less..
The Manitou was the next day

That's nothing - my 13 acre farm is mostly green
But, what I read in your post was something about you, a pilot, and a mile high club.
It makes me feel remarkably young that he's ONLY 70.

does that mean you did the Denver Vertical run up and/or the Manitou climb? kudos to you///////

Damn, that is impressive. How in the heck do you train in and around Sedona? I guess it is pretty hilly in parts a bit outside town.

Damn, 448 steps at that altitude is even more impressive.
