Lets see what you would do given the following selections of players on the board...
#25
O'Cyrus Torrence-IOL
Lucas Van Ness-ED
Trenton Simpson-LB
Zay Flowers-WR
#57
Darnell Washington TE-BPA
Andrew Vorhes-IOL
Parker Washington/Marvin Mims-WR both on the board
Eli Ricks-CB
#89
Zach Carbonet RB-BPA
Jack Campbell LB
Sam Laporta-TE
#100
Washington/Mimms WR assume 1 is still left on the board
TVH Tomlinson-CB
Jacklyn Roy-DL
Lets see what BBI would do..
Mims
Campbell
Mims or Ricks, depending on first pick
LaPorta (Don’t trust Campbell in coverage)
Roy
Getting the WR and then the CB are the key. You've got your two biggest needs covered with high quality athletes. The choice at #89 depends on whether they fill either ILB or TE with a FA. You take what position you didn't sign. At 100 I get another WR. We need numbers at WR. Two in the top 100 works.

I agree 100% but if Trenton Simpson at ILB is still on the board,he fills a huge need for us
Campbell
Mims

Mims
Good balance to those picks

Needs and priorities aren't the same. You've got to set priorities like Schoen did last year with the OL. You have to stick with them and not be distracted. I believe the priorities are should be WR then CB. When you've covered them you can consider needs.

I have a bad feeling the top WR CB will be
gone...we desperately need ILB our tackling sucked there last year

It's a very deep WR/CB draft There will be talent there. I believe that ILB is a likely spot for a FA. It's a value position were good players can be acquired for reasonable dollars. And the ILB FA group is deep. TE as well.

There are 2 CBS I like in the first round but unless they fall to us at 25 I doubt CB will happen...
