Thibs doesn't know how to ride the hot hand. That's why when Barrett was benched in the fourth quarter it made headlines. Thibs never benches Randle or RJ for extended periods of time. He'll ride them until they break down.
is he subs in units, he doesnt know how to stagger and rotate like every 5 minutes bring in a guy to keep the team fresh..
so by the end of the game you got players play 15 straight minutes..it doesnt matter how a player is playing, that player is playing the oredetermined minutes
