so we can start really looking at this upcoming offseason. Man, this is the first offseason in a long time where I am excited about the moves, not as change from a bad situation but for continuing the growth we saw this last year!
and I'm afraid they're going to win it. I don't even want to watch the game. Thinking of taking wife and son to the movies (which I haven't been to in 4-5 yrs).
for actual football fans. The SB is BS, all stupid nonsense that elongates the game. Who gives a fuck about commercials? Or a 35 minute half time?? Unless the Giants are in it, I generally watch the first half, get my stuff ready for work on Monday during half time, and maybe watch the 3rd qtr if the game is interesting.

100 percent agree here Victor. The Super Bowl is for the non NFL fan to say "oh this is fun". I love watching the old NFL films of Super Bowls in the past but realize it is barely the same game.
There were times that the adverts were truly funny and the music(Prince and Whitney Houston) were awesome. Now it's humor for 5 year olds and really slutty hip hop.
The games are a bit more competitive since the 90s but the whole spectacle is not sports but Vegas entertainment for your wife and daughters
if they don’t win the whole enchilada, there’ll be mass turmoil in Philly! Well, come to think of it, they might just burn the city down! 😄
It's a great defense for sure.
But the offense/QB is questionable.
I'm more sure of the Niners winning this game with Purdy not knocked out, than I was with Joe Montana in the '90 NFCC.
Yeah.
Unless the Chiefs defense really falters, I can't see the Eagles scoring a ton on them (maybe 20). The Chiefs' defenses in Super Bowls have done pretty well, possibly better than their offense, respectively.
feels stronger than me, and feels the Chiefs will expose Philly.
I'd like to believe I'm not a homer. Philly is a very good team, but the Dallas game a week prior seemed much tougher to win.
But in the end it's a game of matchups, and the big thing going for the Eagles is that they have the #1 pass defense which could be a big deal if the Chiefs cannot sustain a running game.
You just KNOW Reid is gonna be extra motivated to shove this one down Philly's tail pipe. Just think about it: the Shitbirds' own former HC coming back to haunt them in the SB and denying them :-) We can all root for Kadarius one last time together too, lol!
Once the Super Bowl is over, the off-season should really start to pick up. The last two head coaches should be hired and their staffs will be assembled, hopefully not impacting our staffs too much.
Then depending on who our coordinators are, JS, BD and crew will decide what to do with our own free agents, consider roster cuts to once promising but non performing bottom of the roster players and perhaps use the tag on Jones or Barkley.
And as other teams start to cut loose vets for salary cap space, those free agents don’t count in the comp formula and can be signed before free agency actually begins. I expect this is where we find help at ILB, Edge or IOL, all at reasonable dollars.
So much to take place before we get to the draft. Enjoy each day, just so curious to see how this new staff addresses this off season.
...burn the city down
Hmmm

As much as I like making fun of Hurts, unfortunately he seems to have the intangibles that rally his team around him (he's the son of a coach).
We must all publicly apologize to and beg KT to score 3 touchdowns.
I think KC wins going away. The Eagles won't be able to stop them from scoring
