Sources with multiple teams believe the Broncos could trade a WR. Denver has had talks with teams about Courtland Sutton, Jerry Jeudy and KJ Hamler. Teams say the Broncos are asking high prices, not just dumping, but it's not out of the question one gets moved.
I wonder if Schoen will make the same offer for Jeudy as he reportedly did at the deadline.
i think sutton is probably the better value target. jeudy was clicking with wilson, sutton seems disgruntled. sutton's deal is pretty reasonable though and will "cost less" draft picks than jeudy. the toney pick for sutton would make sense, though even better would be a day 3 and 2024 conditional pick based on whether or not he's still a nyg.
so far we are seeing the more desperate teams strike first

I'm told the following teams have shown preliminary interest in #Jaguars CB Tre Herndon: The #Falcons, #49ers and #Giants, per league source.
I'm told Herndon is not returning to Jacksonville. We'll see how his market continues to unfold.
"New York Giants wide receiver Darius Slayton is set to be a free agent this summer. However, the organization would reportedly like to bring back Slayton, assuming the price is right. The 26-year-old took a paycut to remain with the Giants last season, but earned himself a nice payday this offseason. Last season, Slayton recorded 46 receptions, 724 yards and two touchdowns in 16 games (11 starts) for the Giants. He was a big part of the success of this offense down the stretch of the season. It remains to be seen what Slayton is going to be asking contract wise. He should have plenty of suitors in free agency, assuming the two sides cannot come to an agreement".--Andy Webb - RotoBaller

4/5 wr. Sure. Not starter material. Way too inconsistent and that isn’t changing

I thought Gates did enough to come back. What a darn good story he has.... that comeback is nothing short of a miracle. He's onto his next team.

Saw people discussing Hargrave as a Giants target which was nuts
Gives me heavy Nate Solder vibes. Now, he didn't reset the market but we're talking about a middle of the pack OT that may have been propped up by the scheme, coaching and surrounding talent.
however he is a better Center then Guard and I guess Bobby Johnson indicated he though Feliciano would be a better choice to come back as either a Center of back up. I still think the Giants will draft one of the Centers coming out. Some pretty damn good ones and maybe the reason Gates wasn’t offered what he was looking for, as well.
RE: RE: Can Barkley Now Receive Offers From Other Teams?
He had a couple of really good games but once he started multiple games in a row he really struggled once defenses game planned for him. Still he was the best QB on the Jets roster and now they are left with just Zach Wilson.

I'd bring him back, i'd rather be dealing with a player you know vs some of the other selfish ones out there tbh. He handle the contract cut like a man vs a prima-donna. We'll have to draft or trade for a #1wr but losing Slayton would force our position in the draft. Assuming it's fair market deal we are suppose to resign him...
RE: RE: Saquon is a great back but nobody is giving up two 1st round picks
Smart move by the Raiders. A fairly priced contract for a guy who has a Super Bowl and multiple NFC championships on his resume. Garoppolo gets to start over with some great weapons... AFC West should be fascinating this year.
Slayton is a 2. That's ridiculous (exception:NYG). 3 at best and that's shaky. He runs terrible routes, does not come back to the ball to help his QB and let's not start on his hands. We can do MUCH better. Vet minimum only to bring him back.
Seems like market for Lb’s is not as high as we would’ve thought. Some were saying 4 yrs/50 for Edwards.

falcons are spending like crazy.
broncos with russ/payton are obviously looking to get things on track asap.

Interior OL is a definite area where we need to improve.
The Giants can still agree to a long term deal with Barkley until Wednesday, or has that window passed already? Or do they have until July?

LOL. No one is going to offer anything to Barkley.

I assume unlikely as the offer must include the offering team willing to give up two first rounders which isn't happening.

The Jets traded a 1st and 3rd rounder for Curtis Martin.
It's happened before. It can happen again. The Niners just traded resources for McCaffery.

That was in a different NFL
The market is not hot for LB’s right now. Quincy Williams got 6mil APY, Edwards 6.3apy. Edmunds going to be closer to 12mil than he is to 20.
There goes Jets backup plan.

I could see them ending up with Brissett
So if Rodgers retires, the Jets are down to Tannehill/Wentz?
The Giants could take less than two firsts, which I would.

I'd take a 1st and 3rd (2023) ... 1st (2023) and 2nd (2024) ...
Pretty sure Herndon is a depth/slot guy.
