3 years 33 mill. Makes no sense to me I would rather have Jacoby Meyers.
They’re hoping

Ju ju gives them mo’ mo, I guess.
Have they given up on Jeudy/Hopkins?

Guess we'll find out. Between this and signings like Sanu, Agholor and Jonnu Smith, I think it's fair to say Belichick has been shaky when it comes to finding the right vet receivers.
I like Juju,
Kmed6000 : 3/15/2023 3:30 pm : link
but if he couldn't be a true #1 on KC last year, then he will never be a true #1. He's a good depth WR and that contract is reasonable. Not sure why everyone is so high on Meyers. He's flashed some skills, but he's never been consistent despite opportunities.
They need a real GM there

Their personnel department is horrible
Bill needs Brady back
Kmed6000 : 3/15/2023 3:31 pm : link
to make everyone look better. His plan doesn't work without Brady.
Now AJ Brown

Bill has left many scratching their heads

in the post Brady era.

It just feels like there’s no real plan up there.
As good as BB has been over the years
Jay on the Island : 3/15/2023 3:37 pm : link
The one position that he has been abysmal at fixing is the WR unit. He had a great few years when he acquired Moss and Welker but since then he really just can't seem to find a #1 WR.

I do not understand this move at all. They would have been better off trading for Hopkins, Jeudy, or even Sutton.

It is hard to have a plan when you have the wrong QB and the wrong offensive staff. Nothing is going to work until that is fixed. They have tried to fix the offensive coaching, but the QB still remains a problem.

BB has developed a real blind spot for WRs. It's now his kryptonite.

On the other hand, he's outstanding at OL and DB evaluations.
So BB is more of a defensive

specialist? Whodathunk
AJ Brown

is a stud.
Agree
mdthedream : 3/15/2023 4:12 pm : link
BB is not a offensive guy he just had Brady to carry the offense.
I am

not a big JUJU fan Pats have Parker and to me they are somewhat the same. They don't run good routes like Jacoby does.
Jeudy
mdthedream : 3/15/2023 4:14 pm : link
I like he just has shitty QBs. He looks like a stud on the field and he has the talent.
Big part has been

the OL coach Scarnecchia retiring and they missed on some OL. McDaniel took the OL coach to Oakland.

Not only was Patricia the OC he also was the OL coach.

Why didn't the Pats just keep Meyers?
