About a week ago I wasn't a fan but I won .86 cents betting on Kansas or someone. I currently have West Virginia vs Maryland on my television set. What do you think will win this whole thing?
Furman could not handle with the larger Virginia line-up
Told me the same thing. Virginia's style of play makes it easy for other teams, especially ones they should beat, to stay in games with them. I know Tony Bennett puts together very good regular seasons, but UVA has really laid some absolute clunkers in opening NCAAT games.
is a bad look for Bennett of UVA. Aside from his NCAA Championship, his teams have been major chokers in the tournament. Lost a huge lead to Syracuse one year, first one (overall one IIRC) to lose to a sixteen, and now today, when they were also up 12 at one point in the second half. They were also very sloppy with the ball and shot poorly.
I thought WVU was going to bully them off the court like in the Turgeon days. Give the kids and Willard credit.
Yeah Hump that was one of the crazier games I've ever seen with the extreme runs. I mean we score 4 points and only even attempt 7 shots the first 10 minutes then somehow lead at the half, go up 7 then WV scores 16 points 5 straight trips which I've never seen before to go from down 7 to up 9 in about 2 minutes. Give Reese and 2 of the seniors- Hart and Scott a lot of credit because they took over. They pressured the crap out of Young and he has no idea how to deal with it. Great win. Williard can coach.

In particular, an individual player going three straight trips up the floor and scoring and-1s (including a 4-point play). I thought the meltdown had begun for sure.
Incredible mental toughness from this team to stay with it and fight back.
To answer your question, I'm thinking it's Bama or Houston that takes it all. Still, this year seems like anyone can beat anyone at any time so nothing will surprise me... lol

I had no idea Alabama had a good basketball team. The rich get richer? They ever win the whole thing in ... Basketball?

Ha yeah. I normally would never pick two of the true top seeds but they both seem like the strongest teams to me this year. Of course I'm rooting for my Friars. lol
Only time I bet on this tournament or filled out a bracket let alone, was 2005. I picked the runner up, Illinois just because everyone picked UNC. Either way, my plan didn't work. The winner of the bracket was our valedictorian of high school.

Still 28.5 left ... 29 cents on the line
I'm an office pool for $20, so there goes my lunch!

Absolutely gave the game away. Must be so painful for the players.

If I'm Virginia I'm wondering where the foul call was on that last turnover. It looked like the Virginia guard got hacked

Barry sanders?
And then Penn State-Texas A&M happened.
USC will win the first game as a small god. Either VCU or Drake. I kind of like Pitt to for some odd reason.
Tough team. MAC-tastic.
He never takes care of any business
